Our cutting edge research group, technical staff and technology can successfully manufacture electronic devices in soft substrates such as silicone or rubber. The system can be designed to be stretchable as well. To achieve this we can design interconnects using standard metals to achieve higher electrical performance or using liquid alloys to achieve higher stretchability. We offer a wide range of soft substrates that can be transparent or colored, can sustain different strain or can be soft foam. However, the manufacturing method largely depends on the substrate and the desired applications. The current resolution of the circuit is about 50 micrometers.
